Powerful set of LED light sources replacing the original bulbs in the ceiling lamps of all newer Scania trucks. The lamp primarily provides red cabin light and neutral white reading light.
The red cabin light comes from 6 powerful LEDs that illuminate the entire cabin beautifully, and can be dimmed together with the other red lights in the cabin. The reading light also consists of 6 powerful LEDs, giving a strong neutral white light. Both can be switched on simultaneously.
Installation is quite simple, as the original back is removed and the new light sources are clicked into place. The two original plugs are disconnected, and the wires with connectors are inserted into the original plug:
- Black to Black
- White and Red to Orange (swap if colors are reversed)
Note that we recommend removing the silver reflector in the reading lamp section. The reflector is fixed by slightly twisted legs. Turn them back and pull the reflector out.
