Matronics LED light bars for light box, 24V

    Powerful and reliable LED light bars, developed specifically for trucks. The long light bars ensure uniform and strong illumination of the lightbox, and are a perfect alternative to the original light sources. The light output is approximate the same, but you could also mount two sets for higer output.

    The bars are available in Dual color or RGB

    The solution consists of two heavy-duty LED aluminum bars connected in series. One is mounted at the bottom and one at the top. This provides even light distribution throughout the lightbox and removes light-dots, and minimizes dark areas. 

    Long durability

    Our light bars are made for trucks, and do not require special regulators or protection. Some of the original models are made for 24V, and do not last very long before they are burned out.

    Easy installation

    Since the bars are delivered pre-wired in series, you only need to make one electrical connection. There is a 45 cm connection cable and a 45 cm cable between the two light bars.

    The back is equipped with strong double-sided adhesive tape, making installation quick and simple.
    We recommend measuring the inside of the lightbox to ensure the correct length. A flat and clean mounting surface is required for proper adhesion.

    It can be an advantage to test the position in regards to optiomal light output. Our own tests have shown that mounting them as far back as possible to be the best.

    Waterproof LED modules are widely used in lightboxes and signage, as they can withstand outdoor conditions while delivering stable illumination over time.

    Connection, Dual color

    Dual color versions are supplied with 3 wires. The black wire is always ground, while the other two wires are color-coded according to the light color they activate.
    Example: Yellow wire = yellow light.

    Connection, RGB

    These need to be connected to an RGB controller if you want to change colors, or you can turn on the individual colors separately through direct connection. There is one negative wire for each color and a common positive wire.

    Compatability

    The light bars can be used in any kind of light boxes, but they are specifically developed for the SRI Classic Sign LED. For a 160 cm lightbox, you should choose 150 cm light bars etc.
