When we receive the order, it is transmitted to our internal system, where it will be processed.

Delivery by mail
If the order is to be sent by mail, we package the products, and ship them to you as quickly as possible. We work hard to send any orders made before 14:00 the same day. When it is shipped, you will receive an email with the invoice attached, and tracking information if available.
Pick-up
If you have chosen to pick up the order in our physical store, it is important that you contact us via email or telephone, so we can agree on a time, so we can make sure the order is ready when you arrive. You can find the address for the store under contact.
