2020 V-slot Profile system
V-slot is a series of special aluminium profiles, wheels and accessories used for making cheap linear guides, and from these larger machines
Notice that all series 20 accessories fit the profiles!
This means that below parts are exclusively specifically V-slot parts
Standard V-slot profile with dimensions 20x20mm. Smooth V-track on all sides, ready for V-wheels. Available in 1, 2 and 3 meter.
Double V-slot profile with dimensions 20x40, with a total of 6 smooth V-tracks, ready for V-wheels. The profiles are available in 1, 2 and 3 meter.
Tripple v-slot profile, with a total of 8 smooth tracks for v-slot wheels. The profile is available in 1, 2 and 3 meter lengths.
Large strong V-slot profile with dimensions 40x40mm. It has a high stiffness and can be used as a rails for heavy loads.
Very sturdy V-slot profile, primarily intended for larger machines requiring high stiffness, eg. CNC mills.

Solid corner for joining 3 pcs of 20x20 V-slot profils. Bolted on with M5 low profile bolts. Known as cube corners.
Flat brackets made from extruded aluminium. Take less space than the large brackets, and gives you a great joint.
Plate that can be bolted on to the end of a C-beam profile. Can be used for mounting a motor and a lead screw.
Plate that is used for making a gantry with V-slot mini-wheels. Can run in 20mm V-slots.
Gantry plate for V-slot profiles, that are 20mm wide, eg. 2020. og 2040. Used together with standard v-slot wheels.
Large V-slot plate, that can be used by all profiles, also for C-beam. The large plate has space for 2 x 3 wheels.
Plate for mounting a idler puller. Typically mounted in opposite site of a linear guide with a toothed belt wheel.
Aluminium plate for fastening a NEMA 17 or NEMA 23 motor to a V-slot profile.
Aluminium plate for a microwitch, that then can be mounted on a V-slot so that it can function as an endstop.
Extra large plate that is typically used as a built-plate on a CNC, laser and 3D printer.
Plate for V-slot C-beam profile, that has double length. Perfect choice where you have high loads, eg. when mounting a milling motor.
Large V-slot wheel made of Delrin, with two 625 2RS bearings. Diameter Ø24. The wheel fits standard V-slots.
Small V-slot wheel, with two ball bearings, that fit a M5 bolt. Fits Mini V-slot plates for use in V tracks.

Solid lead screw that is used for precise linear guides, with high power transfer. 300, 540 and 1040mm.
Brass nut that fits trapez lead screws. There are 4 holes for mounting the nut. 2 models, standard and anti backlash.
Housing in aluminium for M8 trapez nuts. Nut is mounted with 2 x M3 screws, housing is mounted with 4 x M4 threaded holes in the bottom.
Coupling for connecting a M8 lead screw to a 5mm or 8mm axle, eg. a DC motor or stepper motor.
Block with transverse lead screw thread, that can be screwed on to a gantry, for controlling exact linear motion.
Block with transverse lead screw thread, with built in anti backlash. The pinol screw is tightened until the backlash is gone.
Plate with a M8 lead screw, that for example can be mounted in the end of a 20x40 profile, eg. for making a linear actuator.
Collar that fits M8 lead screws, that is used for locking the screw in position, typically used in a lead screw plate.

Pillow bearing and flange bearing. Two models, fit 8mm trapez screw. Pinol screw for locking screw or axle.
Wheel that tightens the belt on your guide, to prevent the belt from jumping / skipping. Two ball bearings for M5 bolt.
Belt in running meters and closed loop, that can be used for V-slots or similar. Fits our GT2 timing pulleys, and other GT2 pulleys.
Timing pulley that fits 6mm GT2 belts, with a axial diameter of 5mm or 6.35mm.
Metal crimp that is used for joining a GT2 belt in to a loop, eg. when it has been put through a gantry plate.
Eccentric spacers are used to tighten the V-wheel in to the V-track. They are mounted on V-plates, where they fasten the wheel to the track.
Spacers that are used for eg. increasing distance between wheel and brackets.
Extra precise shims for M5 that are used between spacers and wheels. The small shim are for Mini-wheels, and the large for standard wheels.
Special nuts and bolts that are primarily used for V-slots. There are many other under the category "Bolts and nuts".
Black bolt with extra low unbrako head. Can be used for any purposes, but specifically intended for the V-slot system 6 to 65mm.
