Profile for jigs - Standard

    Strong alu-profile that is used for making jigs and setups on machines, eg. for working with wood and similar. The profile is used for making endstops and guides on saws, circular saw, saw tables, mills and similar. In CNCs they can be used for holding down the work easily and securely.

    Notice that the profile is intended for 1/4" bolts and nuts, with maximum 4mm thick heads.

    The profiles low height of 9.5mm and 19mm width makes it easy to incorporate the profile in existing or new macine. Typically you make a 19x10mm track, or simply place teo 10mm plates up against the profile. 

    The profiles are easy to cut, and you can make corners and joints if necessary. You drill countersunk holes in the profile and use these for screwing it on the mounting surface.
