Ordering

At matronics you can buy products by telephone, email, our physical store or this online store.

Using the online store

On the onlinestore you put your products in the virtual basket. When you have found all products, go to check out. You will be guided all the way.

Other requests

If you have requests for products you cannot find in the store, you are welcome to contact us. You can are also welcome to visit the physical store where we can assist you in person and demonstrate the products. Also contact us of you need a copy of a invoice or any other documents.

Orders from kids and young people under 18 years

You must be 18 years to buy on matronics.dk - if you are below 18 years, you must have consent from your parents.

Delivery

We can delivery your order with Post Danmark and special carrier in Denmark.

We have a deadline at 14.00 if you want to be sure your product will be shipped the same day. After holidays this can be set earlier due to the large number of orders. Contact us if the order needs a high priority.

Post Danmark

There are different prices for delivery depending on weight and country. The store will calculate the price and will be displayed when selecting it, and before confirming the order. 

Special carrier - Brink Transport

Brink Transport handles the transport of orders that can only be send by special carrier. We calculate the shipping costs based on their prices, plus costs in packaging and handling. When delivering the order, Brink Transport will contact you to ensure the products can be delivered. We recommend you get your order delivered, where you are certain someone can receive it.

Pick-up orders

Pick-up can only be done in our store at 6372 Bylderup-Bov, Slogsgaden 5. You should contact us, to make sure your order is ready for pick-up. 

Payment

Credit card

You can pay with creditcard on the e-commerce store. We accept Dankort, Visa/Dankort, E-Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Eurocard, Mastercard. The transaction is done over a secure connection (SSL). We only complete the transaction when the order has been shipped. There is a 1.25% fee on business payments, and no fee for private customers.

You are always protected against abuse with creditcard payment. You have the posibility to reject a payment when you receive your payment history. You have no deductibles in case of abuse in a e-commerce store that uses SSL. Because of this you are better protected than in a physical store, where you have a deductible of DKK 1200, if your creditcard is abused with your pin-code.

The data you transmit under a transaction is encrypted, and only PBS can read them. Neither matronics.dk or others can read any information. The amount is only withdrawn when we ship the order, an we cannot withdraw a larger amount than agreed on.

Wire transfer and prepayment

You can also pay via wire transfer. You can read more about this under customer service. Wire tranfer costs DKK 5,00.

Prepayment orders that are not paid within 4 weeks will be automatically cancelled, and must be placed anew.

Returns Policy

As a private customer, you always have 14 days full right to return your order. The right to return is from the day you receive the product. For business / B2B customers: We only take products back with a prior agreement, and we do not refund shipping cost

You must inform is about the return before the 14 days. It is a benefit to use our return-formula, but it is not required. Fill out the form, and print it out and send it together with the products, or simply email it to us. This makes the turn-process quicker and easier.

Refusing to receive a order

In principle it is not enough to refuse an order to return in, but we will consider a refused order as returned.

Diminished value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and the way it works. In other words - you can test the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. 

If the product is tested beyond what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that by returning a product, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product's commercial value.

This means, to receive the full amount of a ordered product, you are allowed to test it, but not put it in use.

We evaluate the product based on a resale-price.

Refund

If you return your purchase, you get the whole amount you transfered back. In case of a diminished value, we substract this from the amount. We return the delivery-costs, not later than 14 days from when you inform us of the return. We will return the amount with the same method used for paying the order.

We can only withhold the payment until we receive the order, or if you document that you returned the order.

The only cost for you in returning the order, is for delivering the products back to us.

Complaints

You always have 24 montyhs right to complain according to danish consumer laws. This means you can get your product repaired, replaced, get money back or a reduction in price, all depending on the situation. This is of course only if the claim is justified, and that the problem with the product is not because of incorrect use.

Your right to claims ends before this, if the product is not to be expected to be used for 2 years, or if it under normal use is worn down before this.

You must send your complaint within reasonable time after you found a problem with a product. If you send it within 2 months it is seen as in good time. We return reasonable costs in returning the product you, when the claim is seen as correct.

When you wish to send in a product, please follow our complaints-procedure.

Note: We do not accept any packages sent as pay on collect.

Remember to send in the products securely packaged, and get a receipt for the shipment, so we can pay back the delivery costs.

If you have sent in a product, you will always receive a email when vi receive it. In the email you will get information about the further process.

Policy on personal data

Personal data will not be sent to a third party. When you buy your products at Matronics we register your name, address, telephone number email and IP-address. These informaiton will only be used in case of abuse with creditcard payments or false orders. We are required by law to keep these information for 5 years, according to the law of accounting. We do not store or send these information encrypted.

Cookies

We use cookies on matronics.dk to optimize the website and its functionality, to make your visit as easy as possible.

Logs and statisics

We register all activities on matronics in a logfile and Google analytics. The log-files are anonymous and only used for statistics (visits, hits etc.).

Objections against tracking

You have the right to object against any tracking, and you also have a right to see what information is registered about you. These rights come from the danish Persondataloven, and any requests for this can be sent to matronics by email: info@matronics.dk.

Product liability

Matronics is reponsible for their products according to the current danish legislation on this, and we take no further liabilites than what the law requires. We are not reponsible for the products if they are not uses or installed correctly according to current law.

Law and rules

We hereby inform you that some of the products we sell are are illegal to use on public places and streets according to danish law. These products are only for display. In doubt contact your local Police. Matronics cannot be held resposible for any violations.

Conflicts

If you are not satisfied with a decision, you can contact the appropriate complaint and appeal boards.
